In the quality of intermediary between passengers and entities or person that offer their services pointed on flyers, itineraries, websites or other service, according to hotels, restaurants and transportation companies, and others, it will not be responsible for missing things and quality in services of the suppliers, in this case this hasn’t injuries in decisions or politics of them. All additional information about dates, conditions, taxes of departures of Colombia and outside, rates, charges and other mandatory payments, preventive health measures of the destination and assistance services must be consulted with the travel agent or in the website en.mercadodelturismo.com at the moment to make a reservation, also it has to be inform to the passenger in travel documents, according the characteristics of each one.

GLOBAL MERCADO DEL TURISMO S.A. is not responsible with the user or traveler for events such as accidents, strikes, riots, earthquakes, climatic events or natural, security conditions, politic factors, legal matters in which the traveler is, no permissions to access or Visas, health matters and any other situation that could occur during the trip.

In case of force majeure or fortuitous case before or during the trip (accidents, strikes, riots, climatic events or natural, security conditions, politic factors, legal matters in which the traveler is, no permissions to access or Visas, health matters and any other situation), or simply with the only reason to guarantee the succeed of the plan, the person who offer the service could modify, replace or cancel itineraries, dates, hours, flights, hotels, optional services, to guarantee the best service, what is accepted for the  passenger at the moment to acquire the services. The politics of refund of the services not offered according the situations such us force majeure, action or omission of passenger or others, that are not attributable to.

Reservation Details
Is responsibility of the customer to verify that all the information related to the confirmation is correct and authorizes GLOBAL MERCADO DEL TURISMO S.A., to make the emissions and reconfirmations with these details (Names, identity documents, confirmed services, etc.). Any difference or mistake in the information provided previously, and could cause the charge for modifications or changes will be assumed by the customer.
Is an obligation of the client to verify the required documentation and the validation of this for the trip like: visas, permissions, passports, identity documents, vaccines, etc.

Payments

Deposits

To guarantee any confirmed service from The Travel Agency, it will be necessary as minimum percentage of the total value of the plan. To make the deposit or payment to guarantee any reservation, the customer or Travel Agency declare that already know the conditions of the services and accept the Hotels, Transportation, Receptive, etc. registered in this confirmation and nothing should be understood as included if is not described clearly in THE CONFIRMATION OF SERVICES.

Total Payment

All the plans should be cancelled as minimum 20 days before the trip begins.

Online Payment

Our website has a payment gateway, and receives as a form of payment debit card through the system of MERCADO PAGO that has available the PSE payment and credit cards of the following franchises: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DINNERS.

To guarantee the reservation and the price, you should make the payment in stablished time and send the evidence of the transaction to the correspondent travel agent.

Travel Documents

GLOBAL MERCADO DEL TURISMO S.A. will send travel documents when the total payment (100%) is received of the value for the services (Tickets, Hotel, Receptive, etc.) The purchase of any product just is effective in the moment that the payment with the credit card it’s validated, debit or the agreed payment method, and this was verified by the treasury area.
GLOBAL MERCADO DEL TURISMO S.A. can ask for additional information to the customer just with the purpose to verify any payment.

Politics for changes or cancellations of services

Cancellation or change of reservation without justification

When the reservation is not going to be use, the passenger should cancel it before with as minimum fifteen (15) days. Any change that the reservation requires, should be requested in the write way with the same quantity days before, whenever is not about fares with restrictions and special confirmation duties, assumed eventually cost according the conditions of the fare and availability.
